Accessibility Statement

MED-Project is committed to making our website’s content accessible and user friendly by conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1, Level A and AA, and complying with Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) effective communications requirements and other applicable regulations. To accomplish this, we have partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to help us improve user experiences with our website. Their accessibility program evaluates and audits our digital products on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies. The platform, moreover, goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to users who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading. The application is free to download and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more.

If you are having difficulty viewing or navigating the content on this website, or notice any content, feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible, please call our customer service team at (844) 633-7765 or email our team at sysadmins@med-project.org with “Digital Accessibility” in the subject line and provide a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible or a suggestion for improvement. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our users and to improve our overall accessibility policies.

Please note that our website may link to, or interface with, third-party websites that we do not control and are not affiliated directly with MED-Project. These third-parties may not have undertaken the same efforts that MED-Project has to comply with the WCAG, ADA effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations. As such, MED-Project does not make representations regarding the accessibility or compliance of such third-party websites.
